The boundaries we operate inside.

This page summarizes the operating terms that anchor every customer engagement. The binding agreement is the signed Master Services Agreement and any executed Statement of Work — not this page.

Engagement model

Access to the production platform is by signed Master Services Agreement only. The marketing site, research surface, and demo environment are public; the dashboard, voice agent, and tenant data layer are not.

Acceptable use

The platform is licensed for SSDI representation work. Use in any other regulated category requires written consent. Outbound dialing is not permitted in states without an executed outside-counsel opinion (see Compliance · State opinions).

Intellectual property

The customer retains ownership of customer data; the platform retains ownership of the model, the substrate code, and the parsed SSA reference data. Per-tenant fine-tuning produces firm-specific weights — those weights are licensed to the firm for the duration of the engagement.

Service-level commitments

Specific uptime, response-time, and error-budget commitments are negotiated in the SOW. The 90%+ score guarantee documented on /pricing is contractual and reproduces in the MSA.
